Discovery
The Discovery Package has been designed to commission 5 hours of meticulous, thorough and comprehensive genealogical research.
This normally allows a deep search of available resources in Ireland for an ancestor and their family.
Initial Assessment
If there is only a little information available about an Irish ancestor, an alternative to commissioning a significant tranche of research, is to request an Initial Assessment.
This provides basic research for a lower fixed price.

I also offer a wide range of services designed to help you discover more about your family story and to record your family history.
1. Bespoke research
I can undertake specific research assignments. This could be simply finding a particular document such as a birth record or commissioning a significant assignment to trace a family.
Bespoke commissions are accepted on an hourly basis with a minimum of 2 hours. This is particularly useful for those who cannot travel to Ireland or have an immediate “road block” which is holding up their research.

2. Family Trees
I research, design, build and print Family Trees.
These are traditional charts which present family relationships extending back over generations in a conventional tree structure.
They are professionally printed on large sheets of thick, quality paper and can be displayed on a wall or kept as a family heirloom.
Each Family Tree is developed and designed to meet the unique requirements of the customer.
3. Irish citizenship
I offer an comprehensive support service to guide people through the process of applying for Irish citizenship by descent.
I can provide guidance on the process and on obtaining the necessary Irish documentation as well as being available for consultation throughout the process.
4. Britain
I offer help with tracing Irish families who emigrated to Britain in the 19th century.
I am familiar with the archives in Britain and have a good knowledge of the country having lived and worked there for many years.
